We released two new episodes of the Committed Impulse podcast. Have a listen! Our podcast is available on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Audible, and almost anywhere else you listen to podcasts.
We started the podcast to highlight people in the Committed Impulse community who are kicking ass. And how they’re using Committed Impulse to influence their success.
Episode 2 features Julia Jansch
In this episode of the CI podcast, Julia talks about her films, her exciting independent filmmaking career, and how Committed Impulse gave her the courage to start making her own films. Her film, My Father The Mover won Best Documentary Short at Tribeca Film Festival last year and will screen again at this year’s upcoming Tribeca Film Fest.
Julia worked at FremantleMedia and RadicalMedia before going independent and telling her own stories. Her film My Father The Mover was acquired by MTV Studios. She is in post-production on her debut documentary feature, Coming Home.
Episode 3 features Tavia Gilbert
Tavia is an actor, producer, writer, and educator, and the acclaimed narrator of more than 700 full-cast and multi-voice audiobooks for virtually every publisher in the industry. On this episode of the CI podcast, Tavia gives us a glimpse into the life of a prolific audiobook narrator. She talks about how Committed Impulse gave her the courage to fully inhabit her life and step into her voice and power as a producer and writer.
Tavia is also the creator of the scripted fiction podcast, The Abels, in collaboration with the BBC.
