60 seconds to presence.
Take a deep breath.
Have another – on me.
As you continue to breathe…
Notice the part of your body that has the greatest level of sensation in it. It may be a tight muscle, or that emotion in your chest.
Breathe right into it – just to feel it as it is.
Our body is here offering us information as a way to ground us in this moment.
Listen to the language of sensation. Assume whatever you are feeling is perfect.
Deep breath.
Notice what is around you. Take a moment to look away from your computer, and see what is actually surrounding you. Go ahead.
Relish in the visual texture that surrounds you.
And, anytime you go into your thoughts say “I’m back”, and return to your breath, your body and your immediate environment.
Take another deep breath.
You’re back.
