I went to my first Oscar party.
Warner Bros threw a sweet Oscar after-party, where I had the pleasure to reconnect with the cast and crew. Big Congrats to Joaquin and composer, Hildur Guðnadóttir!
At the party, I hung out with Bradley Cooper for a good part of the night. I know, #namedrop.
Great guy. And one of the producers on Joker.
Turns out – we bonded over the fact that both of us got mugged in NYC about two months ago – a tale for another day – but funny how life unfolds.
Here’s why I’m telling you all this…
I was struck by how Cooper was both deeply rooted to the ground, and open-hearted at the same time. It gave a sense that he was both holding space and being open to his immediate environment.
I’m gonna call that star power.
Spending time with Bradley inspired me to make an audio for you.
This audio, below, contains an easy to use Committed Impulse embodiment practice.
As you listen to the audio – you’re going discover how easy it is for you to energetically fill up a room. Extremely valuable tool for life and career.
This audio can be the beginning of a daily embodiment practice for you. I suggest listening to this simple exercise every day for a week. I know it’ll make a difference to you.
REMEMBER: you must embody the career that you want in order to make it happen.
Please enjoy your practice.

I noticed that my breath became more silent. Calmer.
When I opened my eyes the leaves in front of the car (I’m parked) were greener. And keeping my head still I moved my eyes from side to side to look around. They moved with ease.
Thanks for sharing.

The idea of going all the way down into the fire through the different layers of ground gave me a sense of empowerment, even thrilled me.
When I opened my eyes I felt I was the only still thing in the room and sensed everything else moving ever so slightly, which is the opposite of what I normally feel (having anxiety).
This is lovely! Thanks for sharing!!

Wow. Amazing.
My breath instantly got deep and slow and it gave me a sense of nurturing. When I opened my eyes, I felt super grounded, stronger, calm and I could sense the energy behind the scenario around me.
Thank so much for sharing this!
