
I got something for you to try.
Give yourself a couple minutes to nourish. Nourish your creative spirit.
Ten steps to presence:
- Feel anything in your body.
- Receive a breath into that area to feel it more.
- Discover what is around you as if seeing it for the first time.
- Let go of ‘knowing’ what you’re seeing. Instead, see what is in front of you in terms of its shape, texture, lightness, and darkness.
- Put it all together: breathe, feel and see. Allow for awe.
- Notice the energy in your body. The movement of that energy.
- Now feel your energy extending into the room.
- Catch when your mind pulls you into a story, drama, judgment, or commentary. Say “I’m back.”
- Surrender to the miraculous unknown as you tune in again to your body, your immediate environment, and as you receive your next breath in this new moment. Release your agendas. You’re perfect as is.
- Put your hand on your heart. Feel the love inside of you. Breathe. Feel. See. You’re back.
Do this any time you need to return to you – your essence.
Let it be different every time.
