What’s up with problems?
Ya know what I mean? This is a problem, that’s a problem.
What if there’s another way to look at them life “problems”?
A way that keeps us out of angst and misery.

No Problem
Let yourself not forget that when you live in your mind, sooner or later your mind is going to connect you with all of your “problems.” You may not like those problems, but your mind will make them feel like home. Familiar. Oddly comforting. “Oh yea, this is me.”

Hang on. I’m talking about this moment, THIS MOMENT.
Right now, right NOW.

For me, remembering this snaps me back into the moment and opens the doors of creativity.
Read it again if need be.
Let’s stay out of our minds and create from our gut.
All da best
