Hey, if you get locked-up and put in the slammer – dude, you’re on your own. Maybe I’ll send you a cupcake or something.
But do you lock-up while you’re acting or presenting or pitching? Then you don’t need a cupcake.
Just watch this video from a recent class. It holds the key to freeing yourself up. And it may not be what you expect.

Yassss…love it Josh. How many times I have wanted to write/feel on demand and I just felt locked and…nothing. It seems that to redefine the “nothing” and more to just aware and being is to sit with it but with out demand for it to shift, as when I’ve done that—it just brings more “locked” and resistance. Then opinions and ego (sitting on top of insecurity that I don’t have it) want to come (shuve) in and its over, at least at that moment. I can see how the perception of thinking I’m locked is really a turning point (joint) that needs to be loosened and released. It always felt confined, cold, and disconnected…but now! Thank you —Nyla

Yes. Once we loosen our judgment on what we’re feeling and party with it – we become free.

Amazing suggestions. Connect with what you are in the moment so that you can experience your experience and it can come and go. Thanks Josh!
